Boys Volleyball Wins Title, Girls Soccer Losses a Heartbreaker on Penalty Kicks

It was a day of joy and heartbreak for our spring sports teams.

Our boys volleyball team won their third straight Valley League title yesterday with a convincing 2-0 win over Acacia. Congratulations to Coach Graham and his players on an outstanding season. They finished the year 8-0 and in the three years that we have had boys volleyball at the middle school level, their record 23-0. A

Our girls soccer team lost an absolutely heartbreaking game in the 10th round of penalty kicks. Despite having three of their main starters out, the girls had lots of near misses in regulation and in the five minute overtime period. Props to Acacia for playing a great game. Congratulations to Coach Parnell and his girls on an amazing season. They really played their hearts out and left it all on the field.

Knights Win Both Playoff Games - Advance to Championship Games

Both our boys volleyball and girls soccer teams are championship bound!!!

The boys volleyball team took down North Mountain 2-0 yesterday in the gym. They will play Acacia here at home tomorrow at 3:00.

The girls soccer made it look easy against Monte Vista scoring 5 times in a 5-1 rout of the Bobcats. Our girls will host Acacia in the championship game tomorrow here at Dartmouth. The girls game will start at 3:30.

Knights Split with Mavericks in Regular Season Finale

The regular season is complete. Our boys volleyball team beat Rancho 2-0 to finished with a perfect 6-0 record in the regular season. The are the #1 entering the playoffs starting Tuesday.

Our girls soccer team lost a tough game 2-1 despite having four starters absent and having another two starters get hurt during the game. Coach Parnell needed to bring up all of his 6th grade girls from the practice squad and they played brilliant. The girls finished the season with a 5-1 record to tie Rancho Viejo for the regular season title. Dartmouth won the coin flip and will be the #1 seed entering the playoffs.

Knights Tame Cougars

Two games and two more wins for our Knights spring sports programs...

Girls soccer won big 5-0 over Acacia on Tuesday and wrapped up a home game next Tuesday for the playoffs. If they girls win or tie on Thursday at Rancho, the girls will be the #1 seed heading into the playoffs.

Boys volleyball had a 2-0 win as well and wrapped up the #1 seed for the playoffs next week. The boys are also 5-0 on the season.

Knights Take down Bobcats

Another big day for both our spring sports teams yesterday against Monte Vista. Both the girls soccer and boys volleyball teams remained undefeated in the spring season. Girls soccer beat the Bobcats 3-0 and boys volleyball won their match 2-0. Great job by Coach Parnell, Coach Graham and all their players.

Congratulations to our girls soccer and boys volleyball teams on their big wins yesterday at Diamond Valley.

The girls soccer team won 4-1 while the boys volleyball team won their match 2-0. Both teams are undefeated at the midway point of the season with records of 3-0.

Knights Win Two Against Mavericks

Two more games, two more wins for our Knights.

Great job by both the girls soccer and boys volleyball teams today. Girls soccer beat Rancho 2-1 and the boys volleyball team played extremely well after starting off a bit slow, winning 2-0. Both teams are 2-0 as we head into the break.

Knights Shine Against Huskies in Opener

Two games, two wins for the good guys (and gals).

Both our boys volleyball and girl soccer teams won their first games of the season today against North Mountain. Boys volleyball won 2-1 and girls soccer dominated in a 5-0 win over the Huskies. Both Coach Graham and Coach Parnell had their teams ready to play.

Next games are Thursday at home against Rancho Viejo starting at 3:15. Come on out and support our student-athletes.
